These bases are new aftermarket pieces. They are made in 304 stainless and will never rust, pit or need re-chromed. The top has a slight distortion from when the mounting tab was welded inside. It isn’t very noticeable. This is for a set of four bases to use with your stock insides and trim rings. If you need gaskets or lenses we have those in a separate listing.
